Display price before tax in receipt

On the print receipt,(and the screen) can we not display so many numbers, if i only order 1 item, the price is repeated, and it is after tax. 

Example: (Current display)

001. Biryani

1x $10.50                                            $10.50

Total:                                                   $10.50

Wanted Display

001. Biryani

                                                             $10.00

Tax:                                                      $0.50

Total:                                                   $10.50

 

can we just show one number with the Price is BEFORE tax? (this apply to the screen too, it is too the UI is too busy for restaurant)

at the bottom, it should show Subtotal, (sum of all items before tax) + Tax = Total

  Hi Mohammad,

  Currently, it is displaying and printing prices with tax included only. We have this option scheduled, and hopefully, it will be ready soon, it is on top of our priority list at this moment.

  We'll be glad to update this thread once it is ready.

  The best we can do for you before full functionality is ready is to create custom receipt template that prints items prices before tax. If this works for you, please let us know.

  After setting tax rate and checking print tax totals, the system is not printing taxpayers
