How i wish that once the customer requests for a receipt duplicate, their should be an option, a check box maybe, indicating that the receipt is a duplicate/reprinted copy.

  Hi Franklin,

  You can simply reprint receipt from sales history. Open sales history, select receipt from a list and click receipt button.

  Unfortunately there is no option to indicate that receipt is a reprinted copy.

  any update regarding request of reprint receipt ? i also badly need this please also indicate customer change in a re print receipt please??
