Trouble with putting price

    Hi,

The reason why price is invalid is because your tax of 6 is marked as "fixed", not percentage. If you have fixed tax of e.g. 6, your price with tax cannot be 1, it can be minimum 6, as that is the way how fixed taxes works.

So, you have marked "Price includes tax" on this product, and set tax to be $6, so all you can do is enter price $6 or above, or turn off "Price includes tax" and set price as $1 (effectively it will be $6 + $1 = $7 in the sales).

So, the question is, what tax do you use, and did you intentionally set that tax as "fixed" rate?

    Thanks, Aronium team

Hi, this is the first time I'm using the application, I have indeed marked the tax as fixed, I thought what that does is to prevent changing the tax value.

Thank you very much for the help, I'm liking this application, it has everything I need for my little shop, except for rounding up transaction, in the Netherlands we round up transactions, for example if a product costs 5.22 we round it up to 5.20 and 5.23 to 5.25 if customer pays with cash, no rounding up if customer pays with card.

Thank you very much once again!

    Hi,

We're glad that it is solved out. Regarding change of tax rate, you do not have to worry about it, as it will not be allowed as soon as it is used in any transaction

Regarding your question about rounding, there is a feature request already available at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360006625212-I-want-to-get-the-final-payment-to-round, if that is what you need, please vote for it.

    Thanks, Aronium team.
