Custom invoice / no logo receipt

Hello,

Is there a way to customize the invoice? I would like to print an invoice with my logo but I don’t want to use the logo built in the software, reason being Aronium doesn’t print the logo that well. I’ve set up my receipt printer to print logo on the receipt regardless what I print. But this way, my logo wont appear on the invoice because I’m not using the logo selector built in Aronium.

Is there a way to customize the invoice making it include my logo without using the built in logo selector in the section “my business”? Or maybe is there a way to not include the logo when printing a receipt when I do decide to use the built in logo selector built in Aronium.

I hope my questions are clear and I apologize for the bad English.

  Hi Qball829,

  There are two ways to make this work.

  Using ESC/POS with uploaded bitmap to printer

  One thing you can do is change printer type to "ESC/POS", and upload bitmap directly to your printer. This way, receipt will print logo from printer, not the one from "My company" section. This way, you can set the logo that will be used for invoice in "My company" or remove it if you wish. Receipt will still print logo from printer, no matter what is set for company logo.   Custom invoice template

  Other thing we can do is to create a custom invoice template for you with your custom logo instead the built in one.
  If this is a better option for you, please open a support ticket with your logo attached (the one you wish to be used in invoice), and we will send you custom template and instructions how to replace default one.

  Hello Aronium Support, thank you very much for the help, I’ve fixed the issue by buying paper with logo imprinted on it from printing company.

  How can i mention GSTIN instead of tax no. Can I add one more column in invoice because i have to mention hsn/sac code in one column

  Is there a way items like terms and condition, authorized signature and more better font size for the name of the company( atlease to make it look bigger than other items on the invoice ) can be added on invoice template. Thank you

  We found designing print templates so everybody likes literally impossible. A font one person likes, the other one won't like for sure. This is the reason why we keep our templates as minimalist as possible.

  Of course, we are aware many people wants they invoice beautiful, and we are willing to help by providing some custom templates on request. So, if you want some customization to be done, and if it is doable, feel free to open a support ticket or send an email to support@aronium.com with your request.

  Another thing you can do is use company logo to make your company name more visible on invoice. Logo will automatically appear on invoice as soon as you upload it in "Company details" section.
