Refund button from sale screen not working

Hello Aronium, I wonder why the REFUND button from sale screen is not working anymore. Last time i used to click the REFUND button from the sale screen and it automatically open "enter the receipt number screen". And i just scan the bar code on the receipt and i get the sales details. Everything was perfect. But now this button is not functioning. Could you please help me to resolve it. Thank you in advance.

  Hi Mambrants,

  We weren't able to reproduce this, refund button is working as expected. In order to run refund from sales screen you need to add items to the order, as in a regular sale, and then hit "Refund", it should take you to refund screen automatically.

  Was this the case you were seeing? If not, can you please explain the steps you are doing and what is happening so we can try and reproduce this on our end?
