    Hi

    if you have pos.db in your backup (old/days ago backup when everything was fine) just replace in original database folder (C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Aronium\Data) *USER is your pc username.

    then try again with your old password...

    Hi Low,

    Administator (a user with the highest access level) will always have access to all features. So, if you cannot access some section, that means that there is another user with higher level required for that section. So, what you need to do is to log in with the user who has the highest access level and fix other users access levels.

    If you still have troubles with this, please let us know, so we can try and figure out what is the easiest way to find the user who have all permissions required.
