Set level access for edit document

Since there are new level access on the new stock quick inventory, I suggest that implementing security/level access on editing document is necessary since there are level access on deleting document,
it is to avoid unauthorized user to edit data of sales but authorize them to keyin new data
e.g;
allow User1 to add purchase on stock: Documents > add > Expenses > 100 - Purchase > Keyin quantity stock & other info > Save
But disable them to edit those saved data or sales history, but allow them to see document or documents item.
