My request is similar to Jim Clarke's.

In my case I need to sell a combination of 6  products and the customer saves 11,75 and none of the products costs 11.75.  I wanted to create a discount line for -11.75 but won't work

  As I understood clearly you need to make discount for 6 products in the order. In this case you can use 2 methods:

  1. Make cart discount

  2. Distribute discount for each product.

  If you want to automatizate it, unfortunatelly there is no way. As small help for me I add service product with cost 0 and description in  name such as "Combo 2 burgers -20%" and when guest want to take a combo I add this product in receipt, burgers and don't forget about discount.
