Customer receipt, printing duplicated.

    Hi Thomas,

    Can you please provide some more details so we can investigate this? Are you printing invoice (A4) or receipt (thermal printer, roll paper)? Also, is print dialog turned on so receipts does not print automatically on closing the sale?

    Hi Aronium team,

    I am printing receipts, yes the printing dialog is switched off. This way I have automatically printed receipts.

    Hi Thomas,

    We have tried to reproduce this but without luck, receipts are printed as expected, no duplicate print. We tried the following:

    • Turned off receipt print dialog so receipts are printed automatically
    • Print using "POS 58/80" printer type
    • Print using "ESC/POS" printer type
    • Print using "ESC/POS" printer type without rich formatting
    • Change number of copies to more then one and back to one for all printer types
    • Print receipt using "F12" (quick payment)
    • Print receipt using "F10 - Payment" form

    In all cases, there was no duplicates (except when more then one copy is set), so everything is working as expected. We tested this with version 1.24.1.2 (the latest at this moment).

    Is there anything different set on your end? Can you double check your printer driver settings if something is different there?
