Support for Smaller Labels and Better Barcode Scaling
Dear Aronium Team,
I would like to request an improvement to the label printing functionality in Aronium.
Currently, I use 2" x 1" labels, and the Code 128 barcode fits and prints correctly within that label size. However, when I try to use smaller labels, the barcode no longer scales properly and exceeds the available label space.
Because of this limitation, I am forced to use a separate labeling application to create and print smaller labels. This adds unnecessary complexity to my workflow and prevents me from handling the entire process directly within Aronium.
It would be extremely helpful if Aronium could provide more flexibility for barcode sizing, including:
- Automatic barcode scaling to fit smaller label dimensions.
- Smaller minimum barcode width and height settings.
- More precise control over barcode module width, margins, and overall size.
- The ability to reduce or disable the human-readable text below the barcode when space is limited.
- Improved support for label sizes smaller than 2" x 1".
Adding these capabilities would allow users to print a wider variety of label sizes directly from Aronium without relying on third-party software.
Thank you for considering this feature request. I believe it would be a valuable enhancement for businesses that need to work with compact product labels.
Best regards,
