HELP! Sales Reports by Supplier always show zero
I am using Aronium Lite and have been using it as my point of sale for a couple of months, so it's processed thousands of transactions.
I am trying to produce sales reports by supplier - but every time I try (I select the supplier under "customer/supplier") in the right hand panel in "Reporting", select a date range, and show report, it shows me an empty report with a zero total, even though I have sold tons of items from that supplier in the given time frame.
I have tried to troubleshoot with Google, etc. but all of the suggestions I've found aren't the ones causing my problem (i.e. the products don't have the supplier connected to them in the 'stock' panel). I have recalculated stock, restarted the app, the PC it's running on, etc.
It's always ZERO and it's making me bonkers. I need these reports! Help!

Thank you for the detailed explanation. We understand why seeing a zero report after processing so many transactions would be frustrating.
The Customers & suppliers filter in sales reports refers to the partner assigned directly to the sale. It does not filter sales according to the supplier assigned to each product. Therefore, selecting a supplier to whom you have never made a sale will return an empty report, even if you have sold many products purchased from that supplier.
It sounds like you may be trying to see the sales of all products purchased from a particular supplier. Unfortunately, there is currently no report that provides this information directly.
To make sure we understand correctly, could you please confirm:

Which specific report are you opening in the Reporting section?

Are you trying to report sales made directly to a particular customer/partner, or sales of products that were purchased from a particular supplier?
Once we understand the intended result, we can check whether another available report or filter may help.
