Fix the till drawer bug

I have my till so that I only allow a certain account to open the till drawer. But to bypass this, anyone can print a receipt for an order that was paid for in cash and it will send a signal to open the till drawer. I should have the option to chose if I want the drawer to open on reprint or not. And I need people to be able to reprint so turning it off is not really an option it will cause me more work. Also, I would like to know when and what account has opened the till drawer. Would be nice to have a log of it. Then if anything went missing I could view each of the instances with the CCTV easily.
