Restaurant idea's that are a MUST

Let me start by saying that I love this system! I've worked and owned restaurants for more than 30 years and this is my list of MUST for POS system. My items below are based on the touchscreen layout.

1. People should be able to order the menu screen as they want, now the menu screen orders automatically alphabetically! This is not oke because usually we put items of the same group underneath each other. 

2. Option to hide price underneath product in menu, I only want to see the product not the price also in the menu.

3.  Option to hide the following buttons: Payment, save sale, lock and repeat. I only want the fast payment option and all the other buttons confuses my workers. (This has priority)

4. Option to not need a password to log into the register! 

5.Option to hide the Tax tab underneath the subtotal tab found on the left of the menu screen. 

6. Option to hide the search and keyboard bar in the main menu screen.
