How do I recover my aronium password? I tried going through the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen and input my email as well but it keeps returning an error message " error occured while executing web request"

  Hi Jubril,

  Please see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001831511-Reset-password. The requirement is to have valid email address associated with the user you wish to reset password for and to be connected to the internet when resetting the password.
