Import/Export Security

Hi Technical Team ,
I suggest the following for more improvement .

1. Now , every user can able to import/export the data from the system , but , I think, it's not advisable (May be the data can be shared to business competitors by low level users ) .
Please associate the import/export, save As PDF functions with security matrix.
2. Reporting-> Produs->Show Report . Once clicked , it opens a report in a 100% mode , which is low visible to the user. After that the user wants to click maximize button and again wants to move the mouse to go to top . You can avoid these two steps by user . Let the 2 clicks to inclue in auto , once click the show reports. (Applicable to all reports).
3. Customer & Supplier : though , both are defined , try to provide seperate screens in documents .
