Thanks for a good system.

I have two requirements

1. System does not allow two orders per table. In a bar setup same customer can make different orders at different times or you find two different customers are sitting on the same table and each makes his own order. Some times even served by different employees

2. I want a user to access certain payment types example certain user is only allowed to take checks and not allowed to accept cash

  Please allow us to answer one of the questions, as we hope it may be helpful to you.

  1. System does not allow two orders per table. In a bar setup same customer can make different orders at different times or you find two different customers are sitting on the same table and each makes his own order. Some times even served by different employees

  System allows you to store multiple orders per table, as it is the most common scenario in a restaurant or caffe business. All you have to do is press "F9 - Save sale" button and your order will be saved under selected table. Additionally, if you wish to have multiple users accessing the cash register, you can set up the system to log user out automatically after order is saved, so another cashier can log in and select his/her table(s) to work on.
  Also, there is an option to "share" tables between different users, so multiple users can update / add items existing orders.
