We believe we answered some of your question on support ticket you have sent, but we can see that you are still posting the same questions to the forum, please keep it in one thread, it is much easier to follow, both for you and for our agents.

We experienced hickups on last month closing and opening. All documents and transactions (sales, purchases, inventory counts, ...) are deleted. On updating the aronuim we could find previous months documents. Please advise how to retrieve the lost/deleted documents.
Can you please provide some more info? Can you tell us if all data was missing or only some parts of it? If some parts are missing, what parts of the data are missing, only the last ones or some in the middle?
If you believe data is missing due to some Aronium's update, please keep in mind that Aronium will automatically create a database backup before any database update, so, if your last portion is missing for some reason, did you tried looking for the backup and trying to restore that?
If you wish, you can answer the email we have sent with the reply so we can continue this discussion there, it may be a bit faster.
