Hi I'm test-running Aronium. 

Is it possible to use variable price articles? I have a store that sells live fish.. Depending on size/age the same species of a fish can sell at different prices..

Of course I can set a fish at $1, and then eg sell a $250 fish as "250 * 1 fish" but this is a bit strange when you look at the ticket afterwards..

  Hi Tim,

  Try using "Price change allowed" option on your product that has a different price. With this option turned on, every time you add that product to the sale, you will be asked to confirm or enter a different price.
