Hide User name on receipt

Hi,

 I have use POS58 printer for billing...Can I hide User name on receipt?

and one more..

I am not able to show customer name or mobile no. on Receipt. I have followed all instruction as per knowledge base manual.. but I don't know, what is missing...

please guide me.
