  Hi Muhhamad,

  We believe you didn't install "Management modules" on your cash register. They are optional, and you may have missed that during setup.

  Please, run installer again on PCs where you want to access management and make sure you have selected "Management Modules" during setup, as in the screenshot below.​

  

  It is completely safe to run setup again, it will only overwrite the same files and will add these modules, too.
