  Hi Aism 553,

  It may be that you have installed Saudi Arabia E-invoice plugin that prevents you from tempering with already made sales, as per official ZATCA requirements (see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/4606198498834-About-E-invoice). 

  If you do not have Saudi Arabia E-Invoice plugin installed, we would need more information to tell what is preventing you from deleting a document. One of the reasons is described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/4419258153362-I-am-not-able-to-delete-a-document.
