Various tweaks and alterations

I have been using this for my own club and have recently installed for another couple and here is some questions that have come my way that I would like to investigate
1) Can the font size be increased on the Categories and products?
2) I have not put a receipt printer on any of these, I am using a USB-RJ11 converter for the cash drawer on com port 3 to act as the mechanism to open the drawer but printing the Z report means I need to change the printer to PDF Creator then save to a folder them move this elsewhere to get it.
3) when I discontinue a product, how can I delete this or is the only way to hide it??
These are just a selection of the most common issues just now, have another couple of smaller questions that I will leave for another day

I would also like to style the payment options button e.g. Font size and background color, is this possible??
I would like really big buttons for the payment type. We are really only using 2, cash and card.
Also after pressing the payment option I have left the screen to display the change so we have to press 'done' each time to start a new sale. This would be good to have on a time say 5 seconds (or by way of choice)
