Cost price not updating

Hi team, some products are not adjusting to the new cost price after a purchase. For example, I bought product A last week at $1 per item today I bought the same product at $1.10. The cost price maintained is $1 per product.

  Hi Blessing,

  Please see our suggestions below.

  Using Moving average price

  If you are using Moving average price option, the cost price will automatically adjust based on the quantity on stock and new purchased quantity. Please see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406829564434-Moving-average-price for more info about Moving average price.

  Manually entering cost price

  If you are not using Moving average price and you are entering cost prices manually, please make sure to have Automatically update cost price on purchase option turned ON, as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000719352-Product-settings. Once you do, when purchase price change, you will be asked to confirm if you wish to change a product's cost price to the new one.
