setting on position company logo and info

Hi, I'm using the same series of EPSON, that is EPSON LX 350 and have the same problem. I changed the setting in "Printer Option"> Printer Type > window printer

When using this window printer option with paper size 58mm/80 mm  the text on the printer is overlapping and unclear.

Then I changed to Printer Type> General/text only> the printer result was clear but again... The Company name was placed in the center of the paper, while the content of the transaction was on the far left of the paper (if using A4 paper). If using POS print paper (58mm), we need to place the paper it on the side of the printer (otherwise it the printer won't recognize the paper) as a result, it will create a big empty space on top of the receipt ( coz the printer will print the company info on the center paper, but the paper doesn't wide enough). Is there anyway that we can DISABLE the company info to be printed, or A setting where we can adjust the position of the company info. Thanks
