Print Receipt Epson LX 300

Dear Aronium Support Team 

I'm using EPSON LX 300 to print receipt. The only  problem I have is that the template of the printer doesn't match with the setting of the receipt. When I chose "windows printer" under "Printer Type " in printer setting, the all texts on the receipt will be overlapping (hard to read ) but all company details on top is in line with the content. But when I chose "General/text only" the texts were clear, just the company logo,and info  etc were not in line with the content (the logo & info as printed on the center of the printer, and the contents aka transaction details were on the far left). I'm using 58 mm type of paper by the way. As a result the company info was not printed on the paper (paper wasn't wide enough) and left a long blank space on top of the paper. 

Is there anyway to custom the template?...and somehow make the "tittle" of the receipt in line with the content.

  Hello Lucy, I think you will need to change the margin size until your text prints properly on the paper

  Thanks for the respond. I've tried it but still didn't work. Under "windows printer" the text is overlapping and all margin size is completely ok. But under "general/text only" the text is fine just the company name was still in the center of A4 paper (while I'm using 58mm paper) and there is no margin setting with this option.
