Dual currency plugin comes as a separate installation and can be downloaded from www.aronium.com/en/features/dual-currency.
This plugin gives you an option to print receipt total in a second currency.
Receipt only
Totals in second currency will print in receipt only and not on A4/A5 invoice.With dual currency enabled, receipt will contain additional elements, as in the example below.
Configuring the second currency
To configure the second currency, go to Settings > Print and select Dual currency tab.
Select Enable dual currency in receipt to enable other options and choose the second currency. Once this option is enabled, you will be able to select the following options:
- Format
Select the country for the second currency and loads default currency format . - Currency symbol
Currency symbol used for the second currency. You can input any character or symbol here, if you wish to use any other than default one. - Positive currency format
Specifies how positive numbers are formatted in receipt. - Negative currency format
Specifies how negative numbers are formatted in receipt. - Print exchange rate in receipt
If enabled, exchange rate will print at the bottom of receipt. - Enter exchange rate on application start
If enabled, you will be asked to enter exchange rate when application starts.
Exchange rate
You can enter the current exchange rate directly in Settings, and, if Enter exchange rate on application start option is enabled, you will be asked to enter exchange rate when application starts.
