The information below is only relevant to users of the Fatoora Phase 2 plugin.
Backing up your invoices is critical to stay compliant with Zatca regulations. To do so, please follow simple guide below:
Open Settings / Print like shown on #1 below. Then choose a directory to save the invoices by clicking on #2. Finally save the settings by clicking #3. Now once your invoices are successfully signed, they will be saved in the selected directory.
To prevent data loss if your computer or hard drive fail, choose a backup folder that is on an external drive or is cloud-synced.
