I want to purchase your software but i am looking for one particular feature which i will be very glad if you can assists me .

 

How do I switch customer screen , I have two customers on the counter wanting to make payment, first customer is booked but not ready yet to make payment, how do i keep the first customer;s screen on hold or on pending and serve the second customer and later recall the first customers screen.

  Hi Ishmael,

  We have replied to your question on support ticket, but in case you have missed it or if someone else have the same question, we are posting it here, too.

  To save the current order and create a new one so you can serve the next customer, simply click "+ New sale" button, the current order will be saved and a new order will open to serve the next customer. Once you close the new order, Aronium will automatically switch to the previous one. In case you have multiple open orders, when you save any of them, you will be presented with the screen to select the next one you wish to complete.
