Order note and Kitchen printing

Is there anyway that I can type down a note for an order before its printed out in the kitchen? Also I dont see a tab to send order to the kitchen printer instead of just click on any other tabs.

  This feature is implemented with version 1.21. User is now able to add predefined comments and type custom ones for a kitchen ticket.

  Hi Hassan,

  There is already a feature request for product notes (options) for kitchen ticket, please, see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001901631-Add-options-to-product and vote for this request if that is what you need.

  Regarding kitchen ticket print, it will be automatically printed if:

  • Kitchen printer is set and enabled
  • Order is saved / confirmed (F9 button)

  I hope this helps, if there is anything left unclear or we have missed something, please let us know.
