    Hi Gaurav,

One thing we can suggest is changing printer type in Aronium, try using "Generic / Text only" first, as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003405831-Setting-up-Generic-Text-only-printer.

It may happen that a printer is not capable of printing Windows print jobs, instead only ESC/POS protocol can be used, and that is what "Generic / Text only" printer type is using.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you, that worked!

Only now, the currency symbol (Indian Rupee) is not displayed and I get a '?' in its place. The page you linked has 'Character Set' option under the Advanced tab, but lists only a limited set of currency symbols. I am aware of some fonts that support the Indian Rupee symbol (₹). Is it possible to use the font or Unicode in Aronium?

    Thanks again!

I tried changing the currency symbol using the suggested method from the system settings but it did not solve the issue. I changed the Symbol to simple text 'Rs.' and it is printing fine and this workaround solves my problem. You may close the issue. Thank you for the support!
