Can i get back my lost data for Aronium Lite?

Hi Team,

My Pc that install Aronium Lite software has crashed. Can i get back my old data from arounium cloud?

  Hi Guan,

  We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there is no such option as Aronium cloud at this moment and we do not have a copy of your data. Aronium is an offline application and the data is stored on your local PC only.

  The way to secure your data is to create regular backup copies and keep them "off site" (on a different location), as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002769089-Backup-database.

  If you do not have a backup copy created manually and stored on a safe place, we are afraid your data is lost as there is no other way to restore it.
