Could you make an "Extra option charge?"

ex) Latte - Large [$1]

- Soy milk [$0.5]

- 2 Sugar [Free]

already checked Help Center but couldn't find more than 10pages

  Hi James,

  Having additional charges would have to be printed in receipt, most likely as a separate item.

  Knowing this, would it be possible for you to create a group named for example "Extras" (or similar) and put products there with their prices, and add them when needed to the bill as you would add the original item "Latte - Large"?

  if i make like that

  1. we should choose another subgroup 

  2. big issue = kitchen didn't know  this is New Order or Option

  If you don't mind, could you make add the price in the comments section?

  Hello,

  Thank you for your suggestion regarding the “Extras” group.

  I would like to clarify that when multiple items are ordered, the extra options must be linked to the original order item.

  If we create separate extra items and add them independently, they will appear as separate orders in the POS. This can cause confusion for staff, the kitchen, and during reporting.

  The correct approach is:

  • Options (e.g., Large, Soy Milk) should be sub-items under the original product.

  • On the receipt, the order should appear as:
    Latte – Large, Soy Milk

  • This ensures clarity for staff, customers, and accurate sales and inventory reporting.

  Please let me know if this approach can be implemented.
