Hello

please i need you're help 

how can print receipt before payment or i need to print receipt and keep the order open 

because i print the receipt and i give for the customer and then i need to rechange money and finally i take payment

  Hi lock the invoice is the solution. In print settings select print locked invoices, assign a working printer. Once you lock invoice a temperory KOT type output will come out. To collect amount. Still table or order is still available for further add ons editing etc. Aronium team can decorate it as look alike invoice.
