This messages means that My logo plugin will stop working, not the whole program.
My logo is a premium (paid) plugin, and you have most likely selected it during installation. You can find more information about My logo plugin here.
If you don't want to use My logo, you can simply uninstall it by following instructions at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413727049234-Uninstall#how-to-uninstall-a-plugin.
