Can't print properly 38×15 size price tag

I am using your Aronium software for my textile business, my shop's price tag design can only take 38×15 size labels but when I print from your software in label printer (atpos at 602) If so, the product price barcode and the product name are all printed one above the other in such a way, then please tell me the solution. Grateful to you
