    Hi Einer,

    Most likely reason for this to happen is if you are using one Cash register on multiple computers. You need to have a separate Cash register assigned to each POS, as printers are associated to a Cash register in the database. This way,  when you configure printers and save them, it will stay the same and won't mess around with a different PC.
     
    To fix the problem, please do the following:

    1. Go to Management > Cash registers
    2. If you have only one Cash register, create a new one, you can call it "POS 2" (or whatever you like)
    3. On the second PC, go to Settings > Database
    4. Change Cash register to that second Cash register from step #2 
    5. Save settings (you may need to restart application) and try configuring printers after that

    Buenas noches muchas gracias, si ya me funcionó 😊
    Tengo otra pregunta voy a meter otro equipo para dejarlo como administrador y registrar productos pero me está apareciendo error, me dijieron era que cuando hice el pago no más puse dos equipos, quiero saber cómo hago el pago de nuevo y meter el 3 equipo ya que en dos días se me vence y me toca hacer el nuevo pago

    If all 3 computers are in one store and are connected to the same local area network (or the same WiFi), all you need is one license. You can use one license for all 3 computers, no need to purchase additional licenses.
