    Hi Gerreth,
     
    The problem with the activation key N/A may be related to WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) on this computer. Unfortunately, there is no simple fix, as WMI issues can be caused by many factors.

    Attempting to repair WMI requires deep technical knowledge, and in some cases, it may lead to further system instability that can only be resolved by reinstalling the Windows operating system.
     
    If you are confident in your technical skills and wish to try, please make sure to create a full system backup first, and then try the following steps:

    Restart the WMI service:

    net stop winmgmt
    net start winmgmt

    If that doesn't help, try resetting the WMI repository:

    winmgmt /salvagerepository
    winmgmt /resetrepository

    These commands must be run from a Command Prompt opened as Administrator.
