Program freezes after sale ends
AnsweredWhen I complete a sale, the program freezes, and I have to force close it. When I reopen the program, the sale was completed, but the receipt was never printed for the customer.
Likewise, when I try to access settings or open the cash drawer, it also freezes.
How can I fix this?
I read in the community that the data file could be corrupted, but it doesn't exist on my computer in ProgramData.

We replied to your support tickets with the same content, to be able to tell what may be causing the problem, we need to see the logs. We have sent instructions on how to send us the logs so please follow-up on support tickets and let's continue the conversation there.
