  Hi,

  The first receipt you shared is from Aronium, but it shows Phase 1 compliance. If you need Phase 2 compliance, that requires installing the Fatoora Phase 2 plugin.

  The second receipt you posted is not generated by Aronium, so unfortunately, we cannot provide support for that.
