Request for Enhanced POS Receipt Template Customization and Full Arabic Language Support‏

Dear Aronium Support Team,

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for providing such an excellent and user-friendly POS application. Aronium has proven to be a highly valuable tool for my business, and I truly appreciate the efforts your team has invested in making it accessible and efficient.

However, I am currently facing two major challenges that are significantly affecting my ability to fully utilize the software:

1. POS Receipt Template Customization
Most of my business operations rely heavily on printing receipts through the POS receipt format (not A4 invoices). Unfortunately, the default receipt template does not meet my customers’ expectations. Many of them are accustomed to more structured receipts with clearly separated columns for item name, quantity, unit price, and total amount.
Currently, the customization options for the POS receipt template seem very limited compared to A4 invoices. I kindly request that your team consider adding more flexibility and user-friendly customization features to the POS receipt template. A more structured and visually clear layout would greatly improve the customer experience and allow businesses like mine to produce professional, easy-to-read receipts.

2. Incomplete Arabic Language Support
While the system does offer Arabic as an interface option, some menus and settings are either partially translated or still displayed in English. This poses a serious challenge for my staff, as most of them do not understand English.
Full and accurate Arabic translation of all menus, settings, and options would greatly increase the accessibility of Aronium for Arabic-speaking users and would strongly encourage businesses in my region to subscribe to the professional package.

These two issues have unfortunately prevented me from upgrading to the professional plan, despite my appreciation for Aronium’s many great features.

I would be truly delighted if your team could address these issues, and I am very excited to see whether my request can be fulfilled. I kindly ask you to reply to this message and let me know if it is possible to implement these improvements. Additionally, if any updates or changes are made based on my request, I would greatly appreciate it if you could notify me so that I can test and benefit from the enhancements immediately.
