EPSON TM-T20II Receipt printer wont print the logo
I have successfully setup and can print a logo from my EPSON TM-T20II through the printers utility app. But I cannot get it to print the logo through Aronium upon receipt printing. Do I have to set the logo inside the printers memory to a specific ESC/POS command code? (I do have the bitmap printing option set to true in Aronium) Thanks.

Hi Ernesto,
If you are using ESC/POS printer type, you need to enable "Print bitmap" option under printer settings in Aronium. You need to upload NV bitmap to printer, too, but it seems you have already done so.
If you are using "POS 58 / 80", company logo (if set under "Management / Company") will be printed by default.

Hello, I am using an ESC/POS printer type and I do have the "Print bitmap" option enabled. And as you say I also have the bitmap uploaded to the printer. I assume the command Aronium is sending for the logo printing might not be finding the correct logo because this Epson printer can store multiple logos. Thanks for the reply

We are using standard ESC/POS command described in EPSON documentation. According to their documentation, your printer supports this command.
Command description: "Prints NV bit image n..." , Command code: FS p n m
where "n" represents a range 1-255 (position). From their documentation:
- This command is not effective when the NV bit image specified by n has not been defined.
Aronium is sending 1 for parameter "n" in a command, meaning it will print first logo defined. Please, make sure you have a NV Bitmap set at first position, and make sure it prints using standard command.
As an alternative, try using "POS 58 / 80" printer type instead, and set company logo in "Management / Company", it will be printed automatically.
"POS 58/80" printer type does not use ESC/POS commands, it is sending standard Windows print document to printer (graphics), and your printer should be able to print graphics.

I am also trying to set the ESC/POS printing mode, but the logo si not printing, tried to upload tthe bitmap in all possible places and just saw that you are using the "Command code: FS p n m" and itt is an obsolete command, the actual is "ESC * m nL nH d1 ... dk", is there any way to change it by the user? If not, how can I change the logo size print in the POS 80 print mode?

And one more question, I am a Spanish user and when it have to print special characters as "á", "º", "ó", the "€" symbol, etcetera ... in the ESC/POS mode it prints faulty characters and in POS 80 mode all prints awesome, how can I do for add the support of this characters? Cuz spanish not appears as character set.
