    Hi Aloyce,

When you buy new items, you should create separate "purchase document", as described here.

In a purchase document, when you add an item, you can set whatever price is on supplier's invoice. In order to keep some reports accurate, if your purchase price is changed, you should update it for in product section.

    Thanks, Aronium team.

appreciate the feedback from the team however in certain situtations, before a product is entirely sold out, businesses carry out repurchases. in this case, if an identical product is purchased at 2 different prices, updating the "COST" through the product section will skew the entire product stock to the newer price - giving an inaccurate depiction of past profit calculations and actual stock value... Hope the team gets my meaning

    Hi John,

You are right, but, unfortunately, this feature is not available yet. As mentioned in your other post, we do have plans to add a feature to calculate average cost price in the future, but we cannot promise when it will be added.

    Thanks, Aronium team.
