change in price & weigth

Hi,

im using aronium on my meatshop for almost 3 mons, im using barcode sticker and scanner. its a big help because  it can read the weight and compute the cost. but today I don't know the reason its read the sticker wrong their is a switch on the reading,it can read the product name but  the weight become the price and the price become a weight s0 the amount become smaller. kindly help

  Hi Aries,

  Please double check “Scale prints price instead of quantity” option under barcode settings, as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/208663329-Barcode-settings
  If it is turned on, try turning it off, as what you described sounds like this option is activated.

  Another question , can I print tag per item with barcode & weight? I need to put barcode sticker in every item that will go in the storage.

  Hi Aries,

  You can print product barcode, but you can not print not barcode with price and weight (or at least you shouldn't), as they are generated dynamically based on weight / price.

  In theory, you could generate barcodes for each weight that may be sold, but that means that you need to have separate barcode for each weight, and, as you can see, it may not be the best practice or the way to use barcodes at all.
