Receipt sales not same with report sales

Hi there. Hope any of you guys can help me. My sales report are not tele / same with the receipt end of day sales.

  The end of day sales at the receipt is rm990. But in the report is 910. Why is that so. Only that day happen like that.

  But end of day shown other amount.

  thats about $60 difference 

  do you enter a float at the start of the day 

  did you staff make a mistake and never told you 

  was the cash up the day before done correctly
