Receipt print options

Hello Aronium team, i have a problem with printing receipt. The thing is, when i save my receipt as a PDF first, it doesn't show my logo, or company details, such as bank account details. The other problem is that it shows an apostrophe before street name, and i don't have it in my company informations. Could you please help me solve my problem?

  Hi Katarina,

  Can you confirm you have set your company details as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/211667105-Company-details.

  If you did, can you tell us, what language are you using? if it is any other then English, can you confirm that your company details and logo are printed when using English as application language?

  Hello,
  Yes i did it, but when i save it, it only shows street, phone number and email. Nothing about bank accounts. I did try now to put language as English, but that doesn't work for me because i am living in Serbia. I can't find all parts of invoice to localize and put it "manually" to Serbian. Is there any other way to do it?
  One more thing, could i completely remove "discount" part of invoice? I don't want it to be shown on printed invoice/receipt.

  Hello Team Aronium,
  I have a problem with saving the invoice as pdf, when I do the products in the invoice being changed to alphabetical order. Is there any possibility to save it the way I enter the products?
