How can we make purchase orders in aronium?

  There is no "Purchase order", there is "Purchase" document only. You can find instructions how to create purchase document at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001095609-Purchase. 

  The main difference is that our "Purchase" will automatically put items to stock, while purchase order would allow you to print and send an order to your supplier, without adding anything to stock yet.

  Is there an easier way to manage product orders and supplier receiving?

  I want to be able to select a supplier and create a purchase order without adding stock to inventory immediately. Then, when the supplier delivers the products, I can enter the purchase order number in the software, see the order list, and mark the items received.

  For example: If I create an order for 20 items but only receive 15, the software should let me confirm the 15 received items, add them to stock, and keep the remaining 5 pending.

  Also, is there a simpler method to receive products in bulk quantities efficiently?
