Multi currency support

Dear team, I'm searching for a pos system and come across your app. I like it a lot, unfortunately I stuck in one feature that I can't use it in my small business. I'm from Cambodia and in my country we usually use our own currency as well as US dollars, but I cannot find the remedy to this solution.

So I would like to see the multi currency feature support some time in the future, I don't know if anybody else also need this feature or not.

    Hello guys,
    We need to have this second currency, because in our country the exchange rate changes a lot, we need either show both currency dollar and ours at the same time or just ours, so please help us. Thank you.

    Todavía sigue sin agregarse esa funcion? Ya está resulta? Me encanta el problema es perfecto. Pero me pasa lo mismo que a todos. Trabajamos con dos divisas en mi país. Una de ella cambia precuentemente su valor por inflación.

    Ejemplo.

    1$ = 40 bs

    Dentro de una semana esa cantidad podría cambiar.
    1$ = 50 bs

    Debería permitir la opción de clasificar las cuentas en dos divisas. Y general facturas y recibir con una opción o la otra.

    Dual currency is available in version 1.43. See https://aronium.com/en/features/dual-currency for more information and download.

    Please be aware that this plugin prints second currency in receipt only, not in A4/A5 invoice.

    hello Dear thank you for adding this plugin, but they need some update 
    the dual currency is important to be visible on the payment screen

    not need to show it only when we print receipt

    Opino igual me gustaría que se pudiera elegir con que moneda se factura. Y que se vea durante todo el proceso y que este en la factura también. En mi caso la actualización no me sirvió de mucho porque yo imprimo facturas no recibos.

    Por ejemplo un cliente compra en dólares.
    Eligió hacer la factura en dólares.
    Si otro compra en BS elijo hacer la factura BS

    Así como ingresamos distintos métodos de pago podría hacerlo lo mismo con distintas monedas.

    La actualización Dual Currency es un avance, espero pronto futuras actualizaciones que agreguen las funciones de los comentarios anteriores, también agregar como opción de pago debido que los clientes cancelan en ambas monedas y poder llevar el control de caja, agregar la opción de poder Activar/Desactivar la actualización de precio de venta de los productos (Exchange Rate).

    The Dual Currency plugin (I just tried it) isn't really a solution for multi-ccurrency support, unfortunately. Yes, it shows a receipt total in an alternate currency value, but customers cannot pay in another currency. Without the ability to pay an order/receipt/invoice with multiple currency options (whether as a single or split payments),the Dual Currency plugin is not much more than a courtesy exchange rate banner.

     

    For those interested, we're trying to support multi-currency in our shop by creating service product with a negative cost that reflects the exchange rate (I.e. Product = "USD" with associated price = -32 TRY). Employees can select this "product" and adjust the quantity to fake an alternate currency payment; however this ends up adding additional steps in the cash reconciliation at end of day / end of shift (multi-currency payments show up as products on the item list & don't automatically reconcile as cash-in on the X / Z Reports. The net balance in local currency remains accurate, though.)
