    Hi Busani,

    If you can see the same order on both cash registers, that means that you are using the same user on both of them, so the order becomes "active" on two separate cash registers if accessed at the same time.

    Would using different users for these cash registers solve the problem? If you are using separate users to log in to POS 1 and POS 2, they will never see the same orders on both PCs.
