Time stamp for each item added to a tab.

Hello.  When a bartender opens a tab for a customer and adds an item to the tab, it notes the time each item was added.  But once the tab has been closed I can not figure out how to go back and see that timeline.  I can go back and print the receipt but there is no times listed for the individual items.  This would be extremely helpful when I am looking on my cameras to see how honest the bartender is.  Is there a way to do this?  Thanks so much!!

  At this moment there is no way to store creation date for each item and we haven't planned this.
