    Hi Constantinos,

Networking version is using different database than Standalone one so restore procedure is different for it.

Please follow below steps to restore database on networking version.

IMPORTANT! Before you proceed, make sure your backup file is placed in some location that can be accessed by other applications, for example in the root of "C:\" disk. DO NOT put your backup file in user related directories (e.g. Desktop or My Documents), as if you do, restore will not work.

Go to directory where Aronium is installed, by default it is located at "C:\Program files\Aronium". In this directory, find "dbsetup.exe" and run it. Once you open it, do the following:

    1. Select "Restore database" tab
    2. Select your database server, it should be the one named "Aronium". Full server name should be something like "<YOUR-PC-NAME>\ARONIUM"
    3. Select database you used when you installed networking version on that PC
    4. Select your backup file
    5. Click "Restore database" button

Once restore is completed, you will see your data in Aronium again.

If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know.

    Thanks, Aronium team.

    Hi Yofam,

The issue described in this post is about restoring the database from a database backup. If you are having trouble creating a backup, you may need to read https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/15643176467090-I-am-not-able-to-create-database-backup.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks, Aronium team.
